The majority of sales in Woodcote during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £918,867. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £373,214, with terraced properties fetching £321,250.
Woodcote, with an overall average price of £691,518 was more expensive than nearby Cholsey (£392,966) and Sonning Common (£482,451), but was cheaper than Goring (£885,082).
Overall sold prices in Woodcote over the last year were 5% down on the previous year and 34% up on the 2015 level of £516,658.
