Last year most property sales in Woolacombe involved flats which sold for on average £288,231. Detached properties sold for an average price of £461,779, while semi-detached properties fetched £380,500.
Woolacombe, with an overall average price of £351,258 was more expensive than nearby Ilfracombe (£195,140) and Braunton (£285,869), but was cheaper than Croyde (£520,167).
During the last year, sold prices in Woolacombe were similar to the previous year and similar to 2014 when the average house price was £352,807.
