They’re heartthrobs for teenage girls (and some older too) around the country, and now it seems the One Direction boys are looking to buy a property that reflects their celebrity status. Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson allegedly have their eyes set on a luxury flat in North London once lived in by Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole. The pair currently rent the pad for a rumoured £3,000 a week but it’s been reported that they are hoping to buy the apartment for £3million.
The Friern Barnet penthouse is part of Princess Manor Park which has been a hit with celebrities over the years… Girls Aloud once called the development home and the rest of 1D currently live in the block – we’ve heard rumours that the boyband held a “crazy” house party on NYE in the property (oh to be a fly on the wall!).

They should buy in a cool, up and coming area like Royal Victoria Dock (right in the middle of the Olympic sites and has Boris’s cable car on the doorstep)….plus the best penthouse views across London from Coral Apartments. Fantastic area.

Hi,
I’ve been trying to sell my house at 97 Roman Road, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough since the beginniong of the year. The house was valued last year at ±170k. With bent estate agents and the fact that the auction houses are only interested in their fees I have been forced to try and sell the house for 120k. Its breaking my heart after all the work I have put into developing the property.
With the work scene on the Tees being what it is I took a position in Singapore in 2007, eventually buying a 4bedroomed en-suite bungalow in Thailand in 2008. Basically as an investment and a holiday home for my wife and I.
Due to circumstances surrounding the health of my wife we feel it would be best to return to the UK.
I bought the house with cash for Bht6.5m and have spent Bht2m on development. All the furniture has been imported from UK and Singapore, valued at ±1.5m
We need to sell asap. Maybe a Uk exchange would suit. A lovely 2bed cottage in Durham of Nortumberland???
