    A great time to buy

Now is a great time to buy in Spain with property prices having already bottomed out and some indicators have already showed that they may be starting to rise. Still this is a long way off from the heights of 2006 and prices are still around 33% lower making it the ideal time to buy.

The region also has some of the best beaches and top quality golf courses with Las Colinas Golf in the top 100 golf courses in continental Europe which means it is only a matter of time before the regions gains even more popularity which is going to be good for investment purposes.

Sterling is now strong again vs the Euro which means buying properties in Spain for UK buyers is going to costs even less money than before.

Mortgage rates are also very low in Spain and Spanish Banks now have more capital and confidence to lend and are now lending up to 70% LTV for non-residents. This means that buyers are able to purchase bigger and better properties.

Set in a 330 hectare eco-friendly valley this course has wide fairways, large undulating greens and numerous spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The course is maintained to the highest Tour standards.

The course has generously wide fairways and more than the usual amount of right to left dog leg holes which will suit the lower handicap golfer who can draw the ball.

The course has six lakes which are well positioned to catch errant shots and they come into play more over the closing holes.

The greens have numerous subtle breaks and undulations and "run" at approx 10.5 on the "Stimp" meter which makes them almost PGA tour standard. This golf course is a "must" for all golfers visiting this area of Spain.
