I assisted families in the Central Belt of Scotland who had never dreamt of owning their home make this a reality with the ‘Right to Buy’ program, where they managed to buy the properties they were renting from the councils for a fraction of the valuation price.
I sold and marketed secondary market and off plan properties in prime London locations and throughout Scotland, England and Wales. I have built an enviable UK network of suppliers, buyers, sellers, management companies, lawyers and mortgage brokers that is constantly growing. As part of the fastest growing city in the world – I have sold and marketed ‘on and off market’ properties in some of the most prestigious and dynamic projects in Dubai for award winning and highly respected developers.

• Marketing and selling apartments and penthouses in Dubai Marina for many international developers including penthouse apartments in Elite Residence and Princess Tower (the tallest residential tower in the world at the time).
• Selling and marketing luxury properties on the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
• Marketing and selling luxury apartments and office space in the Dubai Pearl project at the entrance of the Palm. A luxury mixed use development of 20M sq ft with hotels, residences, offices, retail and entertainment.
• Marketing and selling luxury, super futuristic apartments for Omniyat properties.
Being invited to ultra exclusive development launches and rubbing shoulders with celebrities and the elite.
I successfully sell and market major bank owned properties for Banco Popular and Banco Sabadell, off plan properties, private sales, co-broke agent properties. I have established close relationships with Spanish banks, lawyers and management agents to service international buyers. Recent properties marketed include €1Million Plus mansion in Mijas, luxury villas in Marbella and bank owned apartments in Barcelona.
I have successfully sold and marketed off plan and ready properties in Portugal in the Algarve and Silver Coast. Recent properties marketed include €1Million plus luxury villa in Madeira and a futuristic golf course villa in an award winning resort on the Silver Coast. I have developed relationships with Portuguese lawyers to service international buyers requirements.
France: I have sold and marketed secondary market villas in France. I recently marketed a luxury villa in prime central Paris. I work closely with French lawyers and notaires to complete transactions for buyers and sellers.
Italy: I have created an international marketing strategy for a client selling a €Million+ Castle in Northern Italy. Marketed apartments and homes in Tuscany and Abruzzo. I have relationships with Italian lawyers to service foreign buyers and seller’s needs.
Germany: I have marketed basic apartments in Germany. I am currently marketing an ‘off market’ 160 + room hotel in East Berlin at €8Million.
Czech Republic: Internationally marketed a development of off plan apartments in Prague with a co-broking agent.
Bulgaria: Marketed and sold low cost ski and beach apartments to the international community.
Turkey: I successfully market and sell off plan and secondary market apartments and villas in Istanbul and Southern Turkey resorts such as Bodrum and Alanya. Sold secondary market townhomes in Award Winning Resort in Bodrum. Built relationships with Turkish lawyers, management companies, developers and agents.
Cyprus: I created international marketing plans to promote secondary market apartments in Limassol and Paphos. Built relationships with Cyprus property law specialists.
China: I attend international property agent summits in China to grow my network of top property performers from the country. Recently I have attended property expos in Shanghai and Beijing. Built a network of Chinese agents, immigration specialists, buyers and sellers. I have learned invaluable strategies on how to promote to the Chinese community. I work hand in hand with Chinese translators to communicate effectively with buyers and sellers.
Singapore: Attend international property expos to network with property specialists, buyers, sellers, developers and agents. I have created a large network of international property specialists. Built a database of Singapore based property buyers.
India: I successfully market and sell off plan apartments and villas in Mumbai and Goa to NRI’s. I have built a large network of Indian property developers, agents, lawyers, buyers and sellers.
Thailand: I successfully market and sell off plan apartments in central Pattaya. Built a network of Thailand based developers and agents.
Australia: I have marketed multi million dollar villas in Melbourne and Queensland to the international community.
Egypt: I have successfully marketed and sold villas and off plan apartments in the Red Sea areas of Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh to the international community. Built a network of developers, lawyers and agents in Egypt.
South Africa: I have successfully marketed and sold off plan apartments in Cape Town and Durban to international buyers.
Qatar: I created an international marketing plan for a Qatari based developer.
I actively promote ultra luxurious apartments and penthouses on the Pearl Qatar – a world-class four million square meter, man-made island, admired as Doha’s ‘Riviera Arabia’.
Caribbean: I have marketed and sold many multi-million dollar properties throughout the Caribbean.
USA: I have built an extensive network of USA based property specialists, agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, managers, attorneys and fund managers throughout the United States. I have a vast amount of experience doing property transactions in the United States with my network of professionals.
Canada: I have internationally marketed off plan apartments in Toronto.
