OWNER'S INSIGHT

"Time seems to have flown by since we bought the cottage through John Lake nearly nine years ago. There was so much which attracted us to the property, and we still love today. The garden faces south, enjoying the sun throughout the day, evidenced by our ever expanding grape vine! The garage has given us secure parking and storage over the years, and if anyone is a car enthusiast it has an inspection pit. In my opinion the location is the best in Torquay, being virtually level (rare with seven hills), and with so many beautiful walks, Babbacombe Downs, and Beaches within a few minutes of the door. When we first move here we had our dog, and it was a favoured walk across Walls Hill, down to Babbacombe Bay, and then pulled up Oddicombe Hill! We're going to miss our home greatly, but we have decided to make a lifestyle move to Wales, and a little closer to family"
