FULL DESCRIPTION In the seller's own words: "My family bought this property when it was new in the 1970's. It was a Peter Lough Development and well respected. Our parents really looked after the property with some original features, although naturally there have been upgrades since then.

As children, we have the best memories of playing cricket in the garden, and running around with our friends. In the house, we all had our own large rooms, and there was always space for hobbies and friends. We absolutely had the happiest times here."

Built in 1976 by Peter Luff Builders, the first impression of this large detached house is the driveway and garage. The property is on a good size plot with large garden backing onto farmland.

The kitchen has a number of appliances which can stay: Miele fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher and Bosch washing machine. The boiler is Vaillant and relatively new also. LOCATION Wokingham is a very popular place to live. You are within the catchments for Wokingham's superb local schools, plenty of nature walks and green space. The location is ideally located with just a short drive to Wokingham's recently regenerated town centre with a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities can be enjoyed.

Wokingham train station is within easy access, with regular trains to London and Reading. For access to London, it is a short drive to Wokingham station, and onward to Waterloo or Reading/Paddington station. There is also Twyford station for the Elizabeth Line. Road-wise, it is a short trip to the A329 and M4.
