Clarke Gammon Estates provides residential lettings and property management services, and works closely with Clarke Gammon Wellers Chartered Surveyors. The Guildford town centre office is managed by Kenneth Ford and Debra Rostron, assisted by Peter Hunt, Dawn Stanford, Nick Moore and Chris Hooper. In addition to residential lettings, the vibrant block management service assists many property owners, as the role of block manager is often closely associated to residential lettings.

The block management service focusses on the Guildford and West Surrey area with an emphasis on a personal service. Developments under management range from small converted properties to listed buildings and large purpose built developments and private estates.
