    We know what it's like to live and work in London so we open later than most Agents. We take an increasing number of enquiries for 6-10pm. That's why we're available late and at weekends.

    ARLA

    Felicity J Lord fully supports the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) code of practice.. Formed in the early 1980s, ARLA is the main industry body for lettings agents and lettings agencies in the UK, ensuring member agents adhere to strict codes of practice at all times.

    NALS

    Felicity J Lord is also a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). NALS is an independent licensing scheme for lettings and management agents, which ensures that all members provide defined standards of customer service, are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme and operate a customer complaints procedure with independent redress.

    SAFEagent

    Felicity J Lord is one of the original supporters of SAFEagent, a Government backed kitemark that denotes firms that protect landlords' and tenants' money through Client Money Protection Schemes.

    The Property Ombudsmen

    Felicity J Lord is a full member of The Property Ombudsmen (TPO). The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales or lettings agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK.

    Office of Fair Trading

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Felicity J Lord act in the best interests of their customers at all times, and that both buyers and sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.
