We are leading Estate Agents in the North Cotswolds and have built our success through recommendation. We are well known for giving honest and reliable advice, based upon expert local knowledge and experience. We constantly strive to provide an outstanding level of service and pride ourselves on the highest quality marketing. We are a privately owned, independent, local firm and believe that building strong working relationships and understanding our clients’ needs forms the foundation of our success. We love the area we live and work in and at every opportunity where possible, we like to support the local community.
Hayman-Joyce offers excellent coverage in the North Cotswolds, with offices in both Moreton-in-Marsh and Broadway.
Whilst the majority of houses undoubtedly sell to people with local connections, there are a significant number of buyers who are attracted from further afield through active marketing to a wider audience. These should never be underestimated. This is where our Mayfair Office comes in, situated in Thayer Street, W1 in the heart of London’s West End between Oxford Street and Marylebone Village.

Tom Hayman-Joyce comments on another successful year and considers what may lay ahead in 2015.
“The residential property market saw a renewed confidence during 2014 with the Land Registry measuring price increases of 6% in Gloucestershire over the year. Our market share continued to increase throughout 2014 which reflects our continued drive to improve the service we offer our clients. In his Autumn Statement the Chancellor, George Osborne, at a stroke righted many wrongs concerning stamp duty - a huge 98 per cent of home buyers will benefit. At the lower end of the market it should add fresh impetus in 2015. Come the election in May, our minds will be on the ramifications of any new ruling party or coalition and the move to greater devolution and regional control may begin to make itself felt.”
