Our Bookham Office occupies a most prominent position being on the Village crossroads with the Norman church, Lloyds Bank and ‘The Old Crown’ on the remaining corners.
This office deals primarily in residential sales but also covers residential lettings, probate valuations, planning, land and new homes.
Ian Baillie is the local Partner with over 30 years experience of the Bookham property market. He is assisted by Associate Partner Robert Wyld FNAEA, who has been selling properties locally since 1984. Charlotte Woodbridge MNAEA (negotiator) joined the office in 2008 further strengthening the team. Jan Nicholas (secretary/negotiator) has been with us for some fifteen years overseeing the smooth administration of the office systems. Bookham Still retains a village atmosphere with an excellent range of shops in the High Street and Church Road (both within the conservation area) and the Grove which is just on the other side of the Leatherhead-Guildford Road (A246).

Some glorious protected countryside surrounds the area including Bookham Common, Polesden Lacey, Norbury Park, Ranmore Common and Box Hill.
