    The office covers Little Bookham, Great Bookham, Fetcham, Effingham, East Horsley and West Horsley.

    Following a varied residential lettings career both in London and the Mole Valley area, Sarah joined Patrick Gardner with a proven track record and a wealth of experience in managing a busy team.

    A marketing graduate, Sarah has a genuine passion for property and people and believes in delivering superior customer service and straightforward advice. Sarah is a qualified member of ARLA, The Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

    Sarah lives locally on Ashtead Common and is married with two grown up children. In her 'spare' time, she's involved with Ladies' Cricket and Ashtead Allstars Netball Club. She enjoys walking and cycling on the Common and visiting Cornwall to spend time with her family.

    Originally from Bookham, Megan joined us with several years' work experience both in estate agency and the retail sector. Growing up in a family of property developers, Megan is the perfect addition to our busy lettings team bringing a wealth of experience, beyond her years, in property and all its nuances. A past Eastwick School and Howard of Effingham pupil, Megan is perfectly placed to advise applicants moving into the Bookham area.
