The Branch Manager Richard Newsome has been at the Holywell Branch since it opened in 2003, Richard is fully trained and has gained the National Association of Estate Agents Certificates in Estates Agents and is presently in his final year of his degree in Estate Management. Hayley Roberts is our Sales Negotiator who has been brought up in the business and is also studying for National Association of Estate Agents Certificates.
The Holywell office is ideally located on the main High Street, the branch has recently undergone a re-furbishment which offers a modern, light and spacious office for our clients to visit. Holywell Town offers a wide range of local shops, supermarkets, public houses, local golf courses, English and Welsh speaking Schools, Leisure Centre, a market takes place on a Thursday and Saturday and has on of the ‘Seven Wonders of Wales’ St.Winifreds Well and Basingwerk Abbey in the local Heritage Park, a bus service runs to neighbouring local Towns of Flint and Mold where you will find a wider range of shops and recreational facilities. The A55 is close-by which offers a link up to the main motorways across the North West Region.
