Most of the sales in Pembrokeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £351,189. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £179,528 and semi-detached properties averaged at £210,004.
The most expensive area within Pembrokeshire was Marloes (£550,000) and the cheapest was Newgale (£60,000).
In the past year house prices in Pembrokeshire were similar to the year before and 9% up on 2021 when they averaged at £235,720.
