Last year most property sales in Goodwick involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £117,125. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £115,083, while detached properties fetched £264,000.

Goodwick, with an overall average price of £139,083 was cheaper than nearby Fishguard (£165,018), Dinas Cross (£240,333) and Newport (£347,052).

During the last year, sold prices in Goodwick were similar to the previous year and 20% down on 2009 when the average house price was £174,500.
