Most of the sales in Pembroke over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £217,060. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £132,758 and terraced properties averaged at £123,225.
Pembroke, with an overall average price of £170,938 was more expensive than nearby Pembroke Dock (£117,231), but was cheaper than Cosheston (£245,251) and Freshwater East (£216,950).
In the past year house prices in Pembroke were 5% up on the year before and 3% down on 2007 when they averaged at £176,665.
