Most of the sales in Cambridgeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £496,840. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £334,507 and terraced properties averaged at £306,141.

Cambridgeshire, with an overall average price of £370,755, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bedfordshire (£355,364), but was more expensive than Norfolk (£302,638) and cheaper than Hertfordshire (£535,157). The most expensive area within Cambridgeshire was Hemingford Abbots (£1,107,500) and the cheapest was Wisbech (£203,976).

In the past year house prices in Cambridgeshire were 3% down on the year before and 6% up on 2021 when they averaged at £350,861.
