Last year most property sales in Coton involved detached properties which sold for on average £552,750. Flats sold for an average price of £180,000, while terraced properties fetched £418,500.
Coton, with an overall average price of £410,563 was more expensive than nearby Comberton (£354,548), but was cheaper than Barton (£920,500) and Girton (£461,450).
During the last year, sold prices in Coton were 13% down on the previous year and 26% down on 2015 when the average house price was £553,240.
