Last year most property sales in Coton involved detached properties which sold for on average £596,700. Flats sold for an average price of £164,333, while terraced properties fetched £315,000.
Coton, with an overall average price of £408,650 was more expensive than nearby Comberton (£349,310), but was cheaper than Barton (£505,000) and Girton (£479,543).
During the last year, sold prices in Coton were 17% down on the previous year and 26% down on 2015 when the average house price was £553,240.
