Last year most property sales in Great Shelford involved detached properties which sold for on average £776,154. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £440,822, while terraced properties fetched £446,955.
Great Shelford, with an overall average price of £562,437 was more expensive than nearby Sawston (£332,450) and Cherry Hinton (£366,640), but was cheaper than Trumpington (£664,770).
During the last year, sold prices in Great Shelford were 16% down on the previous year and 11% down on 2015 when the average house price was £633,595.
