East of England, with an overall average price of £401,626 was more expensive than nearby East Midlands (£270,797), but was cheaper than London (£680,438) and South East (£472,852). The priciest area within East of England was Hertfordshire (£533,005) and the least expensive was Norfolk (£305,422).
During the last year, sold prices in East of England were similar to the previous year and similar to 2022 when the average house price was £406,966.
