Berkshire, with an overall average price of £478,728, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Oxfordshire (£466,805) and Buckinghamshire (£496,225), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£392,314). The most expensive area within Berkshire was Cookham Dean (£2,715,978) and the cheapest was Colnbrook (£320,614).

Overall sold prices in Berkshire over the last year were 4% down on the previous year and similar to the 2021 level of £467,348.
