Most of the sales in Wexham over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £341,029. Flats had an average sold price of £253,545 and semi-detached properties averaged at £379,653.
Wexham, with an overall average price of £362,481, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Slough (£351,325), but was cheaper than Fulmer (£1,140,439) and Langley (£431,264).
In the past year house prices in Wexham were 6% up on the year before and 38% up on 2007 when they averaged at £261,730.
