Last year most property sales in Sunninghill involved detached properties which sold for on average £1,140,900. Flats sold for an average price of £732,511, while semi-detached properties fetched £663,193.
Sunninghill, with an overall average price of £843,086, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ascot (£814,808), but was more expensive than Winkfield Row (£517,643) and cheaper than Sunningdale (£1,075,478).
During the last year, sold prices in Sunninghill were 29% up on the previous year and 9% up on 2014 when the average house price was £772,922.
