Most of the sales in Cippenham over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £339,415. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £375,162 and flats averaged at £220,414.

Cippenham, with an overall average price of £341,880, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Slough (£343,270), but was cheaper than Eton Wick (£399,840) and Farnham Royal (£448,809).

In the past year house prices in Cippenham were 5% up on the year before and 33% up on 2015 when they averaged at £256,997.
