House Prices in Hampshire

Most of the sales in Hampshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £310,191. Detached properties had an average sold price of £642,691 and semi-detached properties averaged at £382,360.

Hampshire, with an overall average price of £392,314 was more expensive than nearby Isle Of Wight (£311,252), but was cheaper than Berkshire (£478,728) and West Sussex (£439,571). The most expensive area within Hampshire was Chilworth (£1,244,000) and the cheapest was Ocean Village (£222,079).

In the past year house prices in Hampshire were 3% down on the year before and similar to 2021 when they averaged at £384,622.
