Last year most property sales in Overton involved detached properties which sold for on average £506,017. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £351,128, while terraced properties fetched £297,499.
Overton, with an overall average price of £379,662 was more expensive than nearby Whitchurch (£358,093), but was cheaper than Oakley (£420,869) and Dummer (£775,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Overton were similar to the previous year and 16% up on 2015 when the average house price was £327,710.
