Last year most property sales in Hilsea involved terraced properties which sold for on average £239,879. Flats sold for an average price of £138,168, while semi-detached properties fetched £262,913.
Hilsea, with an overall average price of £221,127 was more expensive than nearby North End (£191,881), but was cheaper than Portsmouth (£233,796) and Cosham (£267,985).
During the last year, sold prices in Hilsea were 5% up on the previous year and 22% up on 2015 when the average house price was £181,430.
