The majority of sales in Kings Worthy during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £559,840. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £405,273, with terraced properties fetching £306,633.

Kings Worthy, with an overall average price of £428,902, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Wonston (£428,846), but was cheaper than Winchester (£563,944) and Micheldever (£568,300).

Overall sold prices in Kings Worthy over the last year were similar to the previous year and 11% up on the 2015 level of £387,590.
