House Prices in Hampshire

Most of the sales in Hampshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £310,159. Detached properties had an average sold price of £650,606 and semi-detached properties averaged at £384,043.

Hampshire, with an overall average price of £392,426 was more expensive than nearby Isle Of Wight (£314,217), but was cheaper than Berkshire (£495,529) and West Sussex (£444,372). The most expensive area within Hampshire was Chilworth (£1,172,143) and the cheapest was Knowle (£215,667).

In the past year house prices in Hampshire were 3% down on the year before and similar to 2021 when they averaged at £384,348.
