Greenacres Farm Fishery provides an opportunity for an incoming purchaser to expand the fishery business with over 5 acres of water stocked with a variety of fish comprising of two specimen lakes, one coarse lake, one tench pond and one match lake with high value stock and good annual income of circa £50,000 per annum (accounts available on request). The lakes are currently available for up to 30 fishermen at any one time from 7am till 7pm (unless overnight fishing) with two disabled swims on one of the specimen lakes. There is already in place a Storage Barn, Amenity Building with shower, w/c's, kitchenette and clubhouse. There is also significant hard surfaced areas for parking with the entirety of the site extending to 11.42 acres in total.
In addition to the above and to help with the potential expansion there is planning consent for a temporary Bailiffs Cottage and four self-contained holiday pods under planning reference 19/00505/AS. This was granted at appeal. There is also consent for a retail space that was granted under planning reference 15/00449/AS.
