Fifteens is a three storey mid terraced property of rendered stone with painted stone dressings and pitched roof hidden behind parapet. Initially built as public meeting rooms the building is believed to date back to 1841, with 20th Century alterations at ground floor level. The Grade II Listed property has three semi-circular headed first floor windows in pilastered surrounds and comprises an elongated open plan trading area over the ground floor and two largely unused floors above. The trading area briefly consists of an entrance hall providing access to the Bar with a long timber bar servery, part wooden and tiled flooring, a mixture of upholstered perimeter and freestanding seating and DJ booth and secondary bar servery (no longer in use).

Stairs from the bar lead to the extensive first floor with a number of rooms currently used for storage and office.  The equally spacious second floor has not been used in many used and in a state of dereliction.
