Nidderdale House is situated to the west of the A61 Harrogate to Ripon main road and within the River Nidd valley which is approximately 13 m to the south of the site. The main western boundary is formed by a small tributary known as either Old Nidd or Ripley Beck.

The site is some 3.7 miles north of Harrogate town centre and half a mile from the Ripley village centre.

Nidderdale House is at the western end of a larger site comprising a series of commercial buildings, temporary storage buildings and open storage generally. It comprises a modern two storey head office facility with HACS Group situated on the first floor. The serviced offices comprise the ground floor with view over open countryside.
