With meeting rooms housing state of the art AV equipment, a welcome area and an open plan collaboration suite to network with other businesses, being on campus means access to cafes and The Old Factory gym, home to a community of businesses in Health, Performance and Wellbeing.

Access to the building is available 24/7 with on-site security. Free car and cycle parking is provided.

All rooms are accessible, with a lift to all floors. All office spaces come with air conditioning, weekly cleaning, easy in and out terms and heating, lighting and other utilities (covered by service charge).

Arise also offers coworking space for individuals, start-ups and smaller businesses not yet ready for an office of their own. We have a virtual office space, where you can make use of our meeting rooms while we handle your mail.

There is an option to register your business at our address. This means you can have your virtual or physical office and registered address under one roof. This is available at an additional charge for £20pcm + VAT.

FEES

The prices include licence fee and service charge which will cover heating, lighting and weekly cleaning. All prices are quoted without VAT. We offer a flexible in and out process and ask for a 30-day notice period. The deposit required is equivalent to 1 month licence fee, service charge and VAT.

Private Office prices do not include telecoms or broadband/wifi. This must be arranged through our appointed supplier with options from £50pcm + VAT and a £199 + VAT one off connection charge.

LOCATION

Chelmsford is a bustling city, the birthplace of radio, and is located 30 miles north-east of London. It's just a 30-minute train journey from London Liverpool Street, but a world away from the high prices in the capital.

Arise is on Anglia Ruskin University's buzzing riverside campus, a 15-minute walk from the train station and with access to major road links such as the A12 and M25.

Nearby is Stansted Airport, just 18 miles from Chelmsford and easily accessible via the A120. To the south of Chelmsford is the A414, which provides access to the M11 motorway, as well as the A12 and M25.
