The sales team strive to offer well valued property to purchasers, and achieve good prices for vendors, a very hard balance to achieve but one that our team has perfected.

Our Investment Department acquires off-market, prime residential and commercial property with scope to increase rental income and/or capital value. The team works closely with Banks, Property Dealers, Receivers and Auction Houses to pick up some of London's finest properties at very competitive rates.

All three departments work very closely together and often overlap, sometimes introducing a new landlord to the Lettings Team or acquiring a sales property on behalf of an investor.
