Suite 12, situated on the lower ground floor is a 6-7 person office with fitted kitchen and is partitioned, which has the potential to be removed for 1 large office, for a long term lease. Fully furnished, which can be removed if needed.

Suite 3 is situated on the top floor and is suitable for 2 people, fully furnished which can be removed if needed.

Suite 1a

Suite 1a is situated on the top floor and is suitable for 7-8 people and is fully furnished to a high standard.

Consultation Room

This Consultation room is ideal for hypnotherapy, counselling and medical assessments.

There is also have a reception where patients can be seated and wait for their appointment.

Board Room/Meeting Room

Boardroom, suitable for up to 12 people, the room can be tailored to suite your requirements and can be removed or rearranged into classroom style layout or U-shape for presentations.

The room features a 50" plasma screen TV ideal for training or presentations and has a wide variety of catering and refreshments for you to choose from.

The room has high speed internet access and includes a white board & pens provided.
