Every plan gives you 24/7/365 access via PIN code, every plan allocates you a Suite # so you can receive mail and advertise your business address at Kendrew House, and there are no Business Rates to pay with any of the plans.

Start at £49 a month using a Desk on the Quiet Level, enjoy the Reception Room to greet visitors and to make phone calls without disturbing others.

Move up to the £99 a month plan when you're spending more time at your desk on the Quiet Level, enjoy the facilities of the Reception Room, and site your UK company's Registered Office address at your Kendrew House suite # thus protecting your residential address and your own privacy.

Pay £199 a month when the ANNEX has become your 9-5 weekday working environment, store your documents and business essentials in your own large locker on the Quiet Level, enjoy the Reception Room facilities plus 2 Video Rooms for your video calls and when you want privacy for your multiple phone calls. We limit the number of people on this plan, and you'll have priority over those on other plans at any time that things are busy.

Also, pay just £199 a month for the Services Area in which you can offer your clients Beauty Treatments, Therapy, Counselling of anything else that requires a larger space. Choose 2 half-days every week, with the Services Area providing a space with a washable floor and aluminium sheeted walls suitable for activities creating condensation. You'll also have use of a desk on the Quiet Level, welcome your clients in the Reception Room, and enjoy your own large Locker in the Services Area in which to keep your business essentials.
