Description
All customers have their own lock special lock they purchase when they start storing with us. This means no one has access to those keys before and we do not have access to your storage unit. You receive three keys so you can split them up and provide one to other people requiring access, such as your removal company.
There is CCTV throughout the site, recording all movements within the facility and outside. The digital footage is recorded and monitored off site.
Entry to and from the building is through a PIN pad and each customer has their own access code. This is all recorded through our software system and tracks who has been in and out. Using this set up the doors are kept closed at all time, we are the only self storage company to put this extra security measure in 24 hours a day.
Start Using Storage Any Time
With our unique set up you can view prices, book and move-in online anytime of day or night. Once your online payment has gone through you will receive your unique access code and can start using your storage unit from your specified date. You can book ahead of time to make sure we have the space available and complete all your details online in your own time. That means you're not having to sort out paperwork on the day you start storing - often a time when you have lots going on like house removals.
Easy Unloading and Loading
There is plenty of parking outside our facility and trollies for you to use so you don't have to do lots of carrying and shifting. There is also a goods lift to transport your items to all floors.
24 Hour Access Option
Should you require, we have a 24 hour access option to your storage, often used by businesses or individuals who work shifts. Removals companies like it too, especially if they have a long trip either coming in to storage or if you're moving further afield than Newcastle-under-Lyme!
Location
On the Tunstall Trade Park, in north Stoke, we are on Brownhills Road next to Aldi and Topps Tiles. Our customers come from throughout North Staffordshire, as well as Hanley, Fenton, Burslem, Longton etc. we also have customers coming from further afield such as Kynpersley, Biddulph and Congleton.
