The Racquets Court restoration has been well served by the team at IDP, Tolent and Elliotts. This team built the former Sage Software HQ and have a long standing working relationship - and it shows.
The building sat as an empty shell, just one big rectangle room with a glass roof, small viewing platform and tiny washing facilities. We broke the space up into two floors, added a small extension, a fully equipped kitchen area, toilet and shower facilities, meeting rooms and upgraded the stunning glass ceiling with self-opening roof panels. We even upcycled the beautiful and original Victoria spiral staircase.
Thanks to the team at Abercrombies Interior Design, we created a space that combines colour psychology to promote productivity and trust as well as introducing biophilic elements to promote mindfulness and wellbeing. All this paired high-spec, comfortable furniture, well thought out lighting designs and highly secure access.
