The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to launch a new café at the heart of Newbold Comyn Country Park and will be the only café on site with ample visitor parking plus two designated spaces (delivery arrangements are to be agreed). The adjacent WC and baby changing facilities will be managed and maintained by Warwick District Council. Catering rights are available to a new tenant for the sale of
hot and cold (non-alcoholic) drinks and snacks. "Snacks" is defined as cakes, chocolate, sweet and savoury bars, crisps, sandwiches, filled rolls and paninis, ice creams and ice lollies. Any other food items are to be with the landlord's permission which must be expressly sought and obtained.
