The Chesterfield Innovation Centres at Tapton Park, Dunston and now Chesterfield Town Centre were built by Chesterfield Borough Council to provide modern high specification workspace and in-house support services* to attract new innovative businesses to the Chesterfield area. The leases have "easy in/easy out" terms allowing businesses to adjust quickly to their changing accommodation requirements as they develop.

There is usually space in the Rent-A-Desk facilities and rooms often become available as established businesses move on to their own premises.
