The Exchange has been recently refurbished to a high standard, offering flexible open plan office suites from single to multiple floors. With a range of suites to choose from Bruntwood can provide you with the space you need not only now, but as your requirements evolve.

Bruntwood's in-house reception and customer service team provide a professional welcome for your visitors. Each floor has a shower and changing facility with secure bike racks at our adjacent building New York Street. At The Exchange you're also in close proximity to the City Tower Cycle Hub, with secure parking and guaranteed spaces. Membership packages start from circa £8 a month.

The reception area is currently being refurbished to provide new amenity in the form of 3 private booths, a break out space and soft seating for your employees or clients. Each floor at The Exchange is available for sole occupancy.
