This unit has good eaves height (of approx. 7m), concrete floor and single phase electricity (sub metered). His would be ideal for storage due to lack of toilet facilities onsite, however tenants can install their own Portaloo if required. Access to the site is limited to a maximum of 7.5 tonne lorries unless otherwise agreed by the landlord on an occassional basis.
