Whitby is a historic port town located on the east coast of England in the county of North Yorkshire. The North Sea port has a strong maritime heritage and is home to active commercial marine, fishing and vessel building sectors alongside its picturesque backdrop.

The building is currently pending construction with the start date for ground to be broken set in March 2025 and completion set for Q1 2026.
