Leave Burton upon Trent on the A511/Ashby Road and head towards Swadlincote. After approximately 3 miles turn right onto Springfield Road then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Midland Road. At the end of the road turn right on to Civic Way/A514. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto William Nadin Way where the development can be found on the right hand side.

From M42
Leave the M42 at junction 11 and take the A444 towards Burton and Swadlincote. Continue for 6 miles passing over 2 roundabouts. At the 3rd roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Cadley Hill Road/A514 and then at the next roundabout take the first exit on the A514. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit on William Nadin Way, pass Sainsburys where the development can be found on the left hand side.
