Leisure Facilities

The ground floor of Keybridge Lofts features a stylish concierge lobby and a 24-hour concierge service, while on the mezzanine level the Keybridge Club Lounge offers an elegant place to work, relax and connect. The Lounge has WiFi access, a hot desk area, a formal meeting table, as well as informal seating areas. Keybridge also benefits from its own gym and spa, featuring a 15 metre swimming pool, changing facilities, a sauna, steam room and a range of gym equipment.

The development also features beautifully landscaped gardens, leafy pathways, fascinating sculptures by Tom Price and a charming water feature. In total, there is one acre of open space, the equivalent of approximately 16 tennis courts, which includes communal gardens and an elegant new public square leading to a historic church nearby.
The local borough of Lambeth is home to iconic cultural and entertainment institutions including the National Theatre and the London Eye. New venues are also being created, including Damien Hirst’s recently opened Newport Street Gallery, which is displaying over 2,000 pieces from his personal art collection, including art by Banksy and Francis Bacon.

The iconic Tate Modern, Tate Britain and the Saatchi Gallery are also nearby. Other cultural venues include the Garden Museum, the Hayward Gallery, National Trust 575 Wandsworth Road, Pump House Gallery and the Victoria and Albert museum.

The area is also home to numerous charming cafes and excellent restaurants, such as the Tea House Theatre, the quirky Brunswick House Café, and Counter at Vauxhall Arches.

Residents can also explore the world's cuisine at Vauxhall Street Food Market, or simply relax at the peaceful Bonnington Square with its charming café culture. There is also an ever-growing list of bars and gastro pubs such as the Fentiman Arms, The Black Dog and The Brown Derby.

The local area offers an abundance of open land, from Vauxhall Park and Kennington Park to the Thames riverside walkway, and from the iconic Battersea Park to the historic Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. The VNEB regeneration is also set to deliver a number of new green spaces, including a linear park that will stretch from Battersea to Vauxhall.

The area also features extensive sporting facilities, including the Battersea Park Millennium Arena, which boasts a 400m running track, 19 floodlit tennis courts and two multi-purpose playing surfaces. VauxWall Climbing Centre is also nearby, with its three rooms of climbing facilities, a symmetrical training board, competition and travers walls, circuit and campus boards, as well as permaset routes.

One of Vauxhall’s greatest treasures is within a short walk of Keybridge. The Oval was the home for the first ever international football match (5 March 1870, between England and Scotland, organised by The Football Association), as well as the first ever FA Cup (16 March 1872, The Wanderers beat the Royal Engineers 1–0 – this final was notable for the Engineers' modern footballing style of teamwork rather than individual play). The Oval was also the first ground in England to host international test cricket and it still hosts The Ashes, as well as other sporting activities from hockey to American football.

Local Shopping

London is a world-class shopping city. Elegant shopping streets such as the King’s Road and Sloane Street are also close to hand whilst some of the London’s most famous shops are just a short tube ride away. The restoration of the High Street will offer walkways lined with shops from luxury goods to quirky finds where you will easily be able to pass an hour, an afternoon or even a whole day and set Vauxhall as a distinct retail district in its own right.

Education

London boasts one of the largest concentrations of iconic educational institutions. These are easily accessible from Keybridge thanks to Vauxhall’s central location and excellent transport links.

Ten schools within a mile of Keybridge are ranked Good, or Outstanding by Ofsted and a new primary school, developed by Mount Anvil, will be opening as part of the VNEB redevelopment. In addition, the local borough of Lambeth features nine independent private schools including Oakfield Preparatory School, Five Bridges and Schiller International School.

Keybridge is also within 20-23 mins of four of the world’s most famous and renowned universities – King’s College London, the London School of Economics, University College London and Imperial College London. The area also benefits from proximity to the Chelsea College of Arts, Central St Martins, Goldsmiths – University of London, Queen Mary – University of London, the Royal College of Art, and the University of Central London.

Transport Links

Vauxhall is one of London’s best-connected and most central areas. Transport for London’s PTAL scoring system, which measures the distance to the nearest public transport stop and service frequency, gives Vauxhall the highest possible score.

The system shows that Victoria is a 3-minute tube ride away, Oxford Circus is within a 7-minute journey and its just 15 minutes to Knightsbridge. While the whole of the West End and the City are accessible within 30 minutes.

Journey times are set to decrease even further thanks to a £1 billion infrastructure investment as part of the VNEB regeneration. Two new stations on the Northern Line will be created which will provide a direct link to the West End and the City in 15 minutes or less.

There are also plans for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge across the Thames, connecting Nine Elms directly to Pimlico on the north bank. The infrastructure plan also includes two riverbus piers on the Thames, new bus routes and an extension of the city’s cycle hire scheme, creating further value for the existing Santander Cycles docking station next to Keybridge.

Properties

Specifications

Keybridge is set to become a striking new addition to Vauxhall’s skyline thanks to Keybridge Lofts which will be the UK’s tallest residential brick tower. The development features an elegant façade and a stunning design combining elements of Manhattan architecture with classic British materials.

London is a city of bricks. Regal terrace houses, robust railway arches,
elegant mansion blocks and elaborate warehouses share this humble
yet seemingly eternal material. Keybridge is a contemporary addition to this long and proud building tradition.

From the beginning, Keybridge was envisioned in brick. This choice
has helped it better integrate with its immediate surroundings, while
also differentiating itself from the glass and metal developments that
characterise the emergent Nine Elms district.

Brick’s longevity was also a factor; brick buildings improve with time,
with beautiful weathering and patina. Our design also recalls the
early 20th Century brick towers of Manhattan and Chicago; timeless, elegant and cherished buildings that still stand tall today.

The design is equally spectacular on the inside where Keybridge offers a choice of three expertly created design palettes, each with a distinct aesthetic – from cool utilitarian to softer minimalist, yet all perfectly in keeping with the signature feel and heritage references of the building.
Thanks to its height and central location Keybridge also offers breath-taking views of the Thames, the Shard and the sweeping London cityscape beyond, allowing residents to view the capital’s famous landmarks and trace the course of the Thames as it curves through central London.
