Our privately owned British company was founded nearly 40 years ago by Chartered Surveyors David James and Roger Wyatt. Recognised as the pioneers of luxury housebuilding and an accolade, we are determined to retain within this exclusive market sector.

We focus on prime residential areas of London and the adjoining Home Counties within the M25 for the majority of our projects. The current Octagon collection offers wonderfully spacious family homes in safe and secluded locations starting from £1.75m, rising to over £20m for one of our ‘super mansions’. These exceptional properties are often built to buyers’ precise requirements under the Octagon Bespoke division.
