This is the mission statement of Whitaker Seager, an award-winning firm of estate agents. We operate in the

Cotswolds, specialising in Stroud and Cirencester and the surrounding villages in this beautiful and sought-after

part of the country.

We are Liz Whitaker-Street and Amy Seager and we have a wealth of experience in helping people to buy and

sell houses. As directors, one or other of us, ably assisted by our senior negotiators, Rachel Pugh and Jason

Rees will guide the client through the whole sales process. We are committed to sharing the benefit of our

experience: we combine honesty, integrity and a friendly approach with sound professional advice.

During our years in the business, we have dealt with a whole range of properties, from apartments and modern

developments to family homes and beyond to equestrian properties and country houses. Our bespoke marketing

approach includes professional photography, high quality brochures and essential interaction across social media

platforms, all of which enable us to maximise exposure for our clients.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal and individual approach at what can be, if mishandled, one of the

most stressful times in a person’s life. We will be with our clients all the way giving them the confidence of

knowing that we, Liz, Amy, Rachel and Jason will be by their side, investing time and care in every step of the

As the name suggests, Wright in the Cotswolds is situated in the heart of Gloucestershire and its neighbouring counties.

We strive to prove the importance of finding the most suitable tenants, professionally managing your property but most importantly we will endeavour to make the process as streamline as possible.

Young & Gilling were established on October 1st 1834 by Messrs. Edward John Young & Thomas Gilling. According to records, the firm were at the forefront of turning Cheltenham's famous Promenade from a residential street into the commercial centre that it is today.

In 1946 the company were awarded a plaque & statue by Phoenix Assurance in recognition of 110 years representation of the group. The plaque & statue of a Phoenix rising from the flames can still be seen on the front of the company's current premises, 3 Crescent Terrace, today.

Now over 180 years old, the company is the oldest Estate Agents in Cheltenham and is still independent, providing honest Residential & Commercial Sales, Lettings and Property, Estate & Block Management.
