Serving the American military really meant cutting our teeth back in the early 80s with a customer base who were used to great service so this became the foundation of our business. We are also one of the few companies who employ property managers and have them based in our office because we passionately believe that there is no substitute for local knowledge and being able to speak to someone who lives in the area rather than what most do is farm out the work to call centres in parts of the country that are 100s of miles away and to people that don't know Eastcote, Pinner or Ruislip.
