Presentation of your home is key. Before we launch your property to the world, I will conduct a walk around of the house and gardens, viewing it through the eyes of potential buyers. This allows me to make recommendations on how best to stage the property, bearing in mind the likely type of buyer.

I can work with you to develop the best approach to minimise the disruption to your life from having the house on the market and dealing with regular viewings.

Professional photographs are so important with potential buyers often deciding whether to look at the details of a property based solely on the first few images and description. I will advise you on the best way to showcase your property on the portals.

Statistics now show that potential buyers respond much better to video than a sequence of images alone. I will talk to you about how we could use this technique for your property. I'll also explain to you the way floor plans are such an important part of the marketing material on the portals.
