The original aim of the practice was to provide a one stop facility, in that all aspects of Domestic and Business Purchasers, Finance and Insurance can be arranged from one location. This basic principle is a corner stone of the practice today and is aided by our relationships with the Hanley Economic Building Society.

The Estate Agency arm of the practice offers a complete range of agency functions which includes the sale of all types of residential and small commercial properties in all price ranges.

Our office is centrally located just off the main town centre car park with excellent display facilities.

Kevin Ford & Co. Ltd was established in its current form in 1991 by our Managing Director, Kevin and his wife Christine. We are now one of the area’s leading Mortgage Advisors, Independent Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Valuers. Through our in-depth local knowledge and experience, we are ‘the sign that sells’ in Cheadle, Alton, Oakamoor, Ipstones, Kingsley, Tean, Blythe Bridge, Draycott in the Moors and their surrounding villages.

With over 23 years of experience selling property, our strong local presence is maintained by advertising in our sales office (conveniently located on Cheadle High Street), on our own website, and in the local press. We have our own in-house Chartered Surveyors, qualified Valuers and Mortgage Advisors, to offer you a complete in-house service during your house move for a committed, integrated and smooth running process. For Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and valuers we act as introducers only.

There is no need to pay us a fee for our mortgage advice, we will be paid commission from the provider.
